We are driven by our belief in the meritocratic principle: Instead of continuously reverting to the same small, homogenous group, companies and organisations should recruit their talent from an extended, heterogeneous talent pool. Diverse leadership teams composed of the best available talents have proven to create more sustainable value for their organisations.

We see diversity as a driver for innovation in dynamic markets – in terms of not only gender but also nationality, cultural and socio-economic background, experience and age. Only if all these facets are considered, diversity will come into full effect and gain economic relevance.

We do not stop at talking – we actively drive diversity. We are passionate about making companies more successful economically and ultimately creating more value for society. Extending the leadership talent pool is a deeply personal concern to us. That is why we created the ANNA+Cie programme.

The executive leadership development programme ANNA+Cie prepares selected female executive talents with ambition and inspiration for the successful, sustainable move into top management.

Four pillars characterise the ANNA+Cie programme:

The ANNAs

Small, heterogeneous groups with a variety of experiences yet one common goal grow into a community during their ANNA year.

Training

With the help of first-rate international trainers and speakers, the ANNAs improve their entrepreneurial, strategic and leadership skills in four multi-day training modules spread over twelve months.

Cross Mentoring

Parallel to the training, a mentor supports, challenges and motivates every ANNA throughout the year.

Network

A strong personal business network built on trust is the foundation for a successful career. After the completion of the ANNA programme, the participants get access to the ANNA alumni network.
