The female leadership training programme ANNA+Cie prepares selected female executive talents with ambition and inspiration for the successful, sustainable move into top management.
Small, heterogeneous groups with a variety of experiences yet one common goal grow into a community during their ANNA year.
With first-rate international trainers and speakers, the ANNAs improve their entrepreneurial, strategic and leadership skills in four multi-day training modules spread over twelve months.
Parallel to the parallel to the one-year programme, a mentor supports, challenges and motivates every ANNA throughout the year.
A strong personal business network built on trust is the foundation for a successful career. After the completion of the leadership training, the participants get access to the ANNA alumni network.
